Cheesecake Recipe (by EZ-Sweetz©)


2 sticks unsalted butter

4 blocks cream cheese

6 large eggs or 4 extra large

2 teaspoons EZ-Sweetz

8 teaspoons sour cream

1 teaspoons lemon juice

1 teaspoons vanilla


Pre heat oven to 325.

Beat cream cheese in stand mixer until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, then add sour cream, vanilla, lemon juice and EZ-Sweetz pour into pan plain or crust of your choice. Bake in a springform pan in a waterbath for 40 minutes. Center should be jiggly.

Let cool for 30 minutes. Chill in refrigerator for 4 hours. Remove from pan and serve.
