Barbecued Spareribs

Barbecued Spareribs (by EZ-Sweetz®)


2 pounds pork spareribs
2 tablespoons ketchup
1 cup apple sauce
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 large clove garlic, minced
2 drops EZ-Sweetz


In saucepan of water, simmer ribs about 5 minutes to remove excess fat. Drain. In shallow baking dish, combine remaining ingredients. Add ribs and marinate 2 to 3 hours. Preheat oven to 350°F. Bake uncovered, 45 minutes. Increase temperature to 450°F and continue baking 5 to 10 minutes, or until very tender.
