Asparagus Soup (4 Servings )  (by EZ-Sweetz®)


1 can (16 ounces) cut asparagus
1 can chicken broth
2 tablespoons minced onion flakes
½ cup evaporated skim milk
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
2 drops of EZ-Sweetz
A few freshly ground pepper flakes


In medium-size saucepan, combine asparagus with liquid, broth, and onion flakes. Simmer about 5 minutes. Stir in remaining ingredients. Heat but do not boil.
